CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Smith has over 30 years’ experience in developing businesses and 44 years as an aviator before founding Wolf Global Air. Mr. Smith co-founded Aria International Holdings Inc., which provided special surveillance solutions for security of borders, checkpoints, and other high-value infrastructure. He served as President of California-based Decision Sciences Corporation, which focused on applying new technologies to counter terrorism, including the detection of shielded special nuclear material. Mr. Smith was President and CEO of GreyStone Digital Technology, Inc., which pioneered several key technologies and integrated software solutions for defense simulation, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and data virtualization on and analysis and participated in many important DOD programs including the Predator UAV, Lockheed F-22, and the Joint Strike Fighter.
Richard A. Smith

At Titan Systems Inc., Mr. Smith worked on several DOD and DARPA-funded initiatives and projects.
Prior to corporate experience, Mr. Smith served in the US Navy, where he earned his wings as a Naval Aviator in 1971, and following his experience as a USN carrier-based fighter pilot in Vietnam, served in the Naval Reserves and was a commercial pilot with Continental Airlines flying the Boeing 727.
Mr. Smith has accumulated over 10,000 flight hours as a military and commercial pilot. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Rating for airplane multi-engine with commercial privileges, as well as airplane single engine land. He also holds a Flight Engineer Rating for turbojet-powered aircraft. Mr. Smith earned his B.S. at Southeast Missouri State University and a M.Sc. from the University of Southern California (USC).
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
General Collings retired from the USAF in 2008 following a 33-year career demonstrating leadership and command experience as both an F-16 fighter pilot and logistics leader. His experience includes tactical and operational level experience in fighter operations, including serving as the F-16 Weapons School Instructor/Flight Commander/Mission Commander; tactical, operational and strategic level experience in logistics, with logistics/maintenance at the base, major command and Headquarters Air Force levels; operational and strategic level experience in program management and total weapons system support at the center and major command levels.
Major General (ret) Michael A. Collings

General Collings commanded two squadrons, two groups, two wings and a center, and was twice Major Command Director of Logistics. He served as Chief, Office of Military Cooperation, Egypt and as the Senior US Defense Representative to Egypt; Commander, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center; Director of Maintenance and Logistics, Headquarters Air Combat Command and Headquarters Pacific Air Forces; Commander, 82nd Training Wing at Sheppard AFB, Texas; Commander, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright- Patterson AFB, Ohio; and Commander, 319th Support Group, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. General Collings received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biological sciences, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL and an MBA from Sul Ross State University, Alpine, Texas. He is a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College, the National Security Management Course, and Air War College. General Collings was a Command pilot with more than 2,600 flight hours. Aircraft flown in the USAF include the T-37, T-38, F-16, F-15, C-5 and C-130.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Killian served as the Executive Vice President and Global Treasurer for Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd., where his responsibilities included strategic planning, tactical initiatives and troubleshooting during the firm’s start-up phase and where he directed all treasury activities including finance, budgeting, planning, capital structure, and compliance/risk management for its six business units in five countries, as well as the firm’s bank network, ERP and accounting systems. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Killian headed up business development in Asia for ABN Amro Futures Hong Kong Ltd., where he structured and led the regional partner alliances, credit products and services, and stock exchange memberships. From 1996 to 2004, he was Senior Vice President with Peregrine Financial Group (Chicago), where he created and expanded the firm’s managed funds and broker network for what was then the third largest US non-clearing commission broker.
Michael L. Killian

From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Killian was the managing director for Baring Securities (Japan) Ltd., which was the first non-Japanese company to become a full member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. From 1986 to 1988, he was Vice President/Branch Manager for Chase Manhattan Futures in Singapore, where he established the bank's derivatives business and was twice elected to the Singapore International Monetary Exchange.
Mr. Killian holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. He has formerly held numerous international financial regulatory licenses. He is a former a director to Burj Holdings (Dubai) Ltd., financial advisor to Yoga International, and has had considerable experience with full start-ups, including his co-founding of the award winning eco-lodge and research center in Argentina, www.yacutinga.com.
CORPORATE GENERAL COUNSEL
Ms. Johnson’s combination of legal and international background brings a unique perspective on WGA’s legal and corporate needs. Ms. Johnson has extensive experience in dealing with corporate governance, financial transactions, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities laws, and intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and technology licensing.

Ms. Johnson has assisted numerous companies in the formation of their corporations, including filings, post incorporation formalities, employment contracts, officer and director indemnification, securities reporting, governmental agency compliance, and other various transactional documents required to be an operational business. Ms. Johnson assists private, start-up companies with their short-term and long-term financing requirements structuring debt and/or equity financing instruments including Regulation D 504, 505, and 506 private placements, convertible notes, revenue participation notes, and royalty-backed notes. Ms. Johnson has represented companies in various types of industries including real estate development, pharmaceuticals, restaurant, and transportation.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Johnson worked with numerous refugee and immigrant non-profit programs throughout the Seattle area including St. James Refugee Assistance Program, CASA Latina, and Northwest Justice Project. Ms. Johnson coordinated with these agencies to provide support services in areas of literacy, healthcare, transitional housing, and immigration. Ms. Johnson has served with many volunteer organizations in both the United States and overseas, some of which include Habitat for Humanity in Botswana, Africa, ESL (English as a Second Language) Teaching Programs in Antigua, Guatemala and Alpes-Maritime, France, and AmeriCorps National Service (US). During her extensive volunteer and travel experience, Ms. Johnson learned to speak French and Spanish.
Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. degree with Honors from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington; Seattle, Washington, (1997), which included a Junior Year Study Abroad Program, emphasis on European Union Government and Politics, Universitá Per Stranieri, Siena, Italy (1995), and a Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, Washington, (2003); and University of San Diego Law School, San Diego, California (Visiting student, 2002-2003). Ms. Johnson is licensed to practice law in Washington State and California.
HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Prior to joining Wolf Global Air, Mr. Beatty was Vice President, Business Development for Middle East and North Africa of Aria International Incorporated, which provided specialized surveillance solutions for security of borders, checkpoints and other high-value infrastructure. Commander Beatty retired from the United States Navy in 2008 following a 25-year career that included numerous shipboard assignments on cruisers, destroyers and frigates as a Surface Warfare Officer.

In addition to his time at sea, CMDR Beatty served as the Sea Forces Chief at the Office of Military Cooperation (Cairo, Egypt) overseeing all aspects of military-to-military and government-to-government interaction between the Egyptian and United States Navies. He interacted daily with US Government agencies (Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Office of Secretary of Defense, State Department, National Security Council and CENTRAL COMMAND (CENTCOM)) to ensure prudent expenditure of the annual $1.3B in US Defense Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funds given to Egypt. CDR Beatty served as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Exercises and Training at Component Command Land Headquarters in Madrid, Spain where he led efforts to reorganize the NATO and Partnership for Peace Exercise Program to ensure relevance, such as conducting Peacekeeping operations in a coalition environment, prior to this, exercises had no relationship to real world operations. CMDR Beatty also completed tours at the Pentagon in the Assessment Division for chief of Naval Operations (N81) and in Manama, Bahrain as the Operations Officer for COMIDEASTFOR. CMDR Beatty holds a “Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)” Clearance and is Joint Service Officer qualified. CMDR Beatty received a master’s degree from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, in National Resource Strategy and received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science, from the United States Naval Academy.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Captain Bishop graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1981 and earned his Naval Flight Officer wings at Pensacola Florida in 1982. CAPT Bishop served in various staff positions, including the Communications and Computers Security officer for the US European Command where he deployed on four Joint Task Forces as their HQ Communications and Computers Security Officer, in the Pentagon on the CNO’s staff as Head, Strike Warfare Assessments, during the terrorist attack in 2001, and as the Combined Air Operations Center deputy director at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. He also served in Naples, Italy, as the Executive Assistant to Commander, Navy Forces Europe and Africa. He qualified in the A-6E, EA-6B, F-14, and F-18E/F aircraft.
Harold (Bud) Bishop

CAPT Bishop served at sea in Attack Squadron (VA) 52, in VA-145 as a department head during Desert Storm, in Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 136 as the Commanding Officer, and in Carrier Air Wing Seven as the air wing commander, winning the prestigious Ramage Award for the Navy’s top carrier air wing team. Following his retirement from the Navy in 2009, CAPT Bishop provided acquisition and program support for the US$4 billion Electronic Attack Program for surface ships as Program Manager, leading 12 contractors in support of systems engineering, logistics, management, and acquisition services.
Bishop received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation, a Master’s of Science degree from the Naval Post-Graduate School in Material Support Logistics Management (heavily weighted on Operations Analysis), and a Master’s of Arts degree in Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He has published eighty-three articles in local Navy newspapers as a public affairs representative, and two articles nationally; one in Proceedings on production management (efficiencies), and one in Approach on flying safety. He has flown 11 different aircraft and accumulated over 4400 flight hours and 1024 carrier landings. His awards include the Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit (2 awards), the Distinguished Flying Cross with combat V, 8 Air Medals (2 with combat V), and various other unit and campaign awards.
DIRECTOR OF CARGO OPERATIONS
Prior to joining Wolf Global Air in early 2010, Mr. Wickstead was the founder and president of Aeronigma Solutions, Inc. based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and ran Aeronigma’s Global Logistical Solutions Group, where he was responsible for all operations and sales. Aeronigma is a global logistics provider specializing in aviation and aerospace and focused on complex and remote projects. Mr. Wickstead specializes in aerial survey, outsize and out-of-gauge cargo, heavy aircraft operations, transport of machinery, remote fuel logistics, and helicopter operations.

From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Wickstead was the Director and General Manager of Pacific Overseas Forwarding, Inc., where he was responsible for all operations, sales and management of the Global Forwarding Group, specializing in the aviation aspects of these freight forwarding operations. While there, he managed and coordinated the contract and logistical freight forwarding for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, on behalf of VANOC, the host organizer of the games. From 2002 to 2003, he served as Manager of Business Development for Belleville Rodair International, a global logistics provider, where he was responsible for key program development and international expansion of the business. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Wickstead was General Manager of Engineering and Products for Cascade Aerospace Inc., where he was responsible for the development of new supplemental type certificates (STCs) and engineered aerospace and aviation products for the C-130, Boeing 737-100, -200, and NG, Boeing 757, Boeing 727, Boeing 767, Bombardier Dash 8, Turbo Firecat (a modified Grumman S-2 Tracker) and Fokker F27 (converted multi-role aircraft). He also oversaw the C-130 Tank Support Program for the US Military at Jonestown Air Force Base. From 1994 to 2001, he was Western Regional Manager, Cargo Sales and Marketing for the Airline Marketing Group, Inc., where he was responsible for initiating the company’s operations in the West, North America, and Asia Pacific, for the Global General Sales Agency carriers, including: Gulf Air, American Airlines, Mexicana, Balkan, Bulgarian, Malev, Singapore Airlines, America West, and Air New Zealand.
Mr. Wickstead managed start-up cargo operations for Toronto-based Canada 3000 Airlines and led expansion through Asia, Europe, and North America. He excelled at carrier relations and cargo sales and rapidly built the carrier’s western presence as a major rival to scheduled operators at all western Canadian city centers. His responsibilities included project management of all aspects of cargo operations, cargo sales and chartering of commercial aircraft. The formation of new partnerships with governments, airlines and handlers was also critical to growth success. Aircraft supported include: Boeing 757-200 and the Airbus A320, A321, A319, A330, and A340.
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
Mr. Klugh has over 30 years of training-related experience that includes: Training Operations and Management; Instructional Systems Design and Implementation; and Teaching Experience in the U.S. Navy, High School, and College. He managed and developed educational and media support materials for the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN); developed the F-14D training curriculum; and managed the operation, instructors, and maintenance of the associated flight simulators. Mr. Klugh has developed and managed immersive and interactive training materials for use by Law Enforcement Agencies, Homeland Security, the US Military, and the Secret Service.

He has applied his experience to design, development, implementation, and management of interactive digital media, software, simulations, intelligent systems, synthetic environments, visual data bases, computer-based management, distributed interactive systems, virtual reality, real-time interactive digital entertainment and simulation, instructional computer-based instruction, interactive DVD, broadcast video, and advertising.
Mr. Klugh retired as a U.S. Navy LCDR after serving 22 years on 5 ships in both the enlisted (ET-1(SS)) and officer ranks. His military experience includes Naval Aviation, Surface Warfare, and the Submarine Service. He had assignments in Operations, Navigation, Engineering (fossil fuel steam, gas turbines, and nuclear), and Training, and is a Vietnam Veteran.
Mr. Klugh has an M.S. in Education from National University, with an emphasis in instructional technology, computer science, educational psychology, instructional systems design, and media production. He studied Educational Technology and Computer Science at the Doctoral level for two years at Lehigh University. He received a B.S. in Geological Oceanography from the University of Washington.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
Colonel Chew retired from the US Air Force in 2007 following a 26-plus year career that included leadership and command experience at the field, major command, and Air Force Headquarters levels. He commanded four of the Air Force’s largest Aircraft Maintenance Groups, including the 4th Maintenance Group, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, the 402nd Electronics Maintenance Group, Robins AFB, GA, the 402nd Aircraft Maintenance Group, Robins AFB, GA, and the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, Al Udeid, Qatar. He has extensive experience managing large Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Operations, including direct leadership responsibility for overseeing depot overhaul operations for the Air Force fleet of C-5 Galaxies, C-130 Hercules, F-15 Eagles, and C-17 Globemaster IIIs.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Col. Chew was responsible for over 120 combat aircraft and led 2000 aircraft maintenance personnel representing four countries in support of the most aggressive coalition forces combat sortie surge in history. At peak sortie production, Col. Chew’s Maintenance Group produced over one-hundred combat sorties a day for 11 straight days. He has an extensive background managing field ground operations including experience on the B-52, B-1B, KC-135, F-15, F-16, and E-3 weapon systems. During his career, Col. Chew was selected for several special career development opportunities including an Education with Industry assignment at Pratt & Whitney Engine Company, Hartford, Connecticut and selection for a US Air Force Pentagon position where he was responsible for Air Force ground vehicle and equipment policy. Over his career, Col. Chew was awarded a Bronze Star for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was the recipient of the Air Force General Lew Allen Award, the Air Combat Command General Thomas P. Gerrity Award, and the Pacific Air Forces Colonel Cynthia L. Benulis Award.
After retiring, Col. Chew joined the civil service as a GS-15, where he directed C-130 Programmed Depot Maintenance operations at Warner Robins Air Logistics Center. He then became the Director of Engineering Services for Aging Aircraft Consulting LLC, where he led the development of innovative aircraft maintenance processes such as High Velocity Maintenance Predictive Analysis, non-invasive aircraft inspection techniques, and automated wiring analyzer applications.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC RELATIONS
Mr. Crowe has over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in various aspects of corporate formation and technology development and deployment on an international basis. He is an experienced technology and business development manager with a strong background in corporate formation, international business, aviation, and information technologies.

Prior to joining Wolf, Mr. Crowe was Vice President, Aviation Solutions for Aria International Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s airborne security and surveillance platforms, including airships, and aerostats, and their associated sensor packages and managed a major product delivery to Thailand.
From 2007-2009, Mr. Crowe was the Senior Technology Management Advisor to telecommunications and technology management consulting firm TechPolis, aiding mobile operators, wireless technology companies, financial institutions, and technology policy makers worldwide. From 2003 to 2008, he was VP of International Business Development with Align Micro International Corporation, where he managed corporate formation, funding development, and business development services for an electronics manufacturing company in Brazil. From 2000 to 2003, he was with Orbis Communications, Inc. as Director of International Business Development, where he was responsible for the due diligence and acquisition of an electronics manufacturing company in Brazil and led separate business development efforts in Argentina and Perú.
From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Crowe was Technology Director at GreyStone Technology, responsible for core software and technology management and strategy within the company and led GreyStone's research and development (R&D) department for flight simulators and advanced cockpit technologies. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Crowe was Program Manager with Ball Systems Engineering Division/VERAC, Inc., where he led R&D for aircrew workload modeling and flight simulation, and from 1979 to 1987, he was employed at Tracor/Flight Systems, Inc. as a Software Engineer/Systems Analyst in their Flight Simulations Group, where he initiated and led FSI’s Artificial Intelligence department.
Mr. Crowe holds a B.A., Cognitive Science/Artificial Intelligence, University of California, San Diego (UCSD), with an emphasis on computational neuroscience and models of intelligent behavior; minors in engineering and physiological psychology. He also studied mathematics, engineering, and biology at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, INTELLIGENCE AND UK STATION HEAD
Mr. Patrick has over 35 years’ government contractual and Middle East experience, encompassing the fields of electronics, aviation, air defense, surveillance, and marine and land (fixed and mobile) systems. This includes CEO roles in developments utilizing cutting-edge technologies and integrated systems and solutions across multi-disciplined programs, managing multi-national teams. His experience also includes the delivery of classified programs.

The US Army’s Long Endurance Multi-Intelligence Vehicle (LEMV) Program now puts one of Mr. Patrick’s aviation activities into the public domain: the CONDOR multi-role multi-payload, scalable compound aircraft. Co-founding UK’s Condor Technologies in 2005, he led the CONDOR Program throughout and spearheaded itsUS introduction. For over four decades Mr. Patrick has worked and lived throughout the GCC region, operating for extended duty periods entirely in Arabic.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT RELATIONSHIPS AND UAE STATION HEAD
Allan Flood held numerous Senior positions within BAE Systems within his 34-year career. His roles included finance, commercial sales and contracts, after-sale support, special projects, and Business Director for the wider Middle East region. Mr. Flood maintained his strong links to BAE Systems and its Regional Jet aircraft, where his duties took him to over 70 countries. After his departure from BAES in 2002, he continued to be associated with the company for a further 5 years, promoting the BAe 146/RJ Series aircraft and interests.
